Happy Friday everyone! Hope its been a good week for everyone. I haven’t for sometime posted anything for 6 for 6 fridays which are still going strong, 6 cupcakes for £6.00 on fridays. All orders need to be in by mid – day on Thursday of each week. Spread the word!

This weeks cupcake of the week was inspired by a chat I had with my friend Gretchen recently about chocolate dip ice-cream cones. They were a staple in the summer time when I was a kid and same with here. So what not dip the top of chocolate chip cupcakes in chocolate. To quote Ella Valentine “A quirky and delicious way to top a cupcake” Couldn’t agree more.
